Stuart & Aiko’s wedding slideshow – Royal Botanic Garden – Edinburgh

We couldn’t have asked for a nicer day at the Royal Botanic Gardens. The weather was fantastic. This was my first time photographing a wedding in there and i loved it. The ceremony was outside and everything ran like clockwork.

Stuart & Aiko had family arrive from all over the globe, as far out as Japan. Aiko’s brother, who gave her away ( and also a wedding photographer over in LA ) gave the most emotional speech i have ever heard, even i had a lump in my throat when i was photographing it. I also managed to capture the audio and some of it is included in this slideshow.

Wee Robbie’s Birthday Party / Trip to Kelvingrove Park

It was Jacqui’s wee nephew Robbies birthday party on Sunday and i was forced ( kidding) to bring my camera along and get some photos.
They hired an animal man ( that doesnt sound right ) and he brought along tons of animals to entertain the kids with. First thing i asked him was if he brought along a spider, sure enough he brought along the biggest tarantula ive ever seen, I’ll be honest and say i cant stand spiders so i stood well back ( as did most of the adults to be fair ) whilst still trying to get some photos for the wee man.

After that we went along to Kelvingrove park with Jacqui’s other nephews to get some more photos. needless to say, it rained. Gotta love Scottish weather.
