Glasgow Wedding Photography – Best of 2011

Another year and yet another ” best of ” wedding post.
A great year for me and my weddings and already looking forward to next years but before i do that i thought i post a few ( quite alot actually ) of some of my favourite images from a number of weddings i shot throughout 2011.

Ive gotten to know alot of the bride and grooms ive photographed personally and made friends with most of them and even had the priviledge of photographing Darryl & Morven’s ( whose wedding i photographed in 2010 ) first born – little Tyler
Being a photographer is a job im very lucky to be doing, most of the time it doesnt even feel like a job as i love it so much. ( i know that sounds cheesy but its the truth )

Ok folks, lots and lots of images from Yun & Lynne’s wedding. If you havent already watched their slideshow i’d recommend having a wee watch of that too.

Ive said it before and i’ll say it again, thanks to Yun and Lynne for having me along to be part of their special day, i know that sounds a little bit cheesy but it really was good fun.

Yun Hong & Lynne – Glasgow Cathedral Wedding Dvd Slideshow

Yun Hong and Lynne got married at Glasgow Cathedral. From there we went onto Peoples Palace then onto SeeWoo restaurant for their reception.

It’s fair to say the weather was the worst I’ve ever had shooting a wedding but that didn’t stop them from having fun and it never dampened their spirits, not once. The weather was that bad that there was no way at all to get outside for any photos ( apart from one ) which was a pity as both Glasgow Cathedral and People’s Palace are great venue’s.

It was an absolute joy to photograph this wedding and it being my first traditional Chinese wedding i was a little nervous at first but Yun and Lynne made it so easy with them being so relaxed and easy going through the whole day.

Thanks again guys for allowing me to be part of your day.
Now on with the slideshow. I’ll post up a whole bunch of images in the next few days. The slideshow is on for a little longer than my others but with it being such a long day and having taken a recoed number of photos i felt the amount ive put in here represents their whole day from beginning to end, there was many other i wanted to add but i’ll leave that for my next blog post so stay tuned

Just arrived home from Yun Ip and Lynne’s wedding at Glasgow Cathedral. They both had a traditional Chinese wedding, which was a first for me but enjoyed every minute of it. More details to follow soon. Lets just say it was brilliant

Below is possibly one of my favourite wedding photos ever.

Glasgow Cathedral Wedding Rehearsal

Yun Hong Ip and Lynne Leung had their wedding rehearsal at Glasgow Cathedral yesterday and i popped along to meet up with them and have a look around the grounds etc before their wedding on Tuesday.

Im so looking forward to their wedding as they are 2 of the nicest people ive met. Having only met them twice i feel as if ive known them for years. After the rehearsal we took a drive up to where they are having their reception and Yun asked if i wanted to stay for some food as they were having some lunch there.
Me and the best man arrived before them so he ordered for us. Check out the photos below He ordered LOADS of food. Was amazing though.

The Artemis album – Glasgow wedding photography

The Artemis album comes as part of package A.
The Artemis album comes with 30 pages and is 10″ x 10″ ( 10″ x 20″ when fully opened ) in size.
The front cover comes with etching, were your names and wedding venue can be added as well as an image.

Below are some photos of the album. Ive also included a small video slideshow of all my sample products after the images. I’d recommend having a look at that too.
