This morning i was down at Glasgow Airport to take some press shots for Scottish Epilepsy Initiative
A group of them are setting off today for the scorching heat of the Sahara desert to raise funds for the 40,000 people in Scotland living with epilepsy.
So far they have raised £26,000 to date for the Scottish Epilepsy Initiative and are hoping to raise much more along the way.
Not only will the group be trekking 100km across the Moroccan Sahara over the next ten days, they will also be taking a life sized model of a traditional British telephone box, like the one seen in the Scottish movie “Local Hero”
The aim is to place it on top of Chegaga, the highest sand dune in the desert
Here is a few images from this morning.
