Shan and Joan got married at The Ardeonaig Hotel overlooking some amazing backdrops. It was a very small and intimate wedding. When I arrived at the venue, both Shan and Joan were having breakfast together, so none of the usual tradition in that the Bride and Groom cant see each other before the ceremony. This was something me and my wife did too when we got married in Vegas so I’m for this. 🙂
As there was only a handful of guests arriving, Shan and Joan asked them to arrive just before the ceremony and because photos were particularly important to the both of them we got to spend a great amount of time before the ceremony to go for a walk and get some great photos of just the both of them and make use of the amazing surroundings and backdrops on display. You’ll see from the photos below just how well this plan worked out. Overlooking Loch Tay with the mountains covered in snow was just perfect.
The Images I’ve decided to post below best show the days events and just how awesome this wedding actually was to photograph.
So on that note….
